People got stress from their normal living things in many way like: work,studies and etc... There is one technic that will relief your stress not in matter of time and places.
First: Take a break of whatever you are doing and splash water on your face.
Second: Breath in the fresh water from your nose, just abit without going into your mouth.
*(use your tongue to block from inside mouth)*
Please do that 2 to 3 times and you will relief your stress in no time. And you can get back to whatever you are doing.
This will really help for those having havery stress but still need to carry on like: students who working so hard for exam, business people, house-wife.
